Grants Programme

One of our charitable objectives is to provide grants to  voluntary and community sector organisations in the North East of England. The Greatham Foundation's Grant Committee meets on an annual basis to allocate grant funding.

Applications for our 2026 round will open on 1 December 2025.

  • Grant applications must be submitted via the online application portal (link below)
  • The grant portal will open on 1 December 2025.
  • You will need to create an account to access the application questions.
  • Applications must be submitted by 31 January 2026 at 11:55pm.
  • The Grants Committee will review all applications by mid-February 2026.
  • All organisations that submit an online application will be notified of the outcome of their application.
  • Successful grant applications will be awarded funding mid-April 2026.

This grant will enable us to support parents, empowering them to parent more effectively and sensitively, helping to strengthen families leading to more cohesive communities. Parents will be helped to understand how their own experiences have shaped their parenting approach and they will learn about child development alongside practical strategies to improve behaviour.
